VJ Gunawardana, our candidate for Macnamara, Vic
A passionate Australian. “Call me VJ,” he says
VJ lives in St Kilda and will be contesting the seat of Macnamara. VJ joined the Good Party because he’s a strong advocate for drug reform. He’s also a vocal proponent for changes in housing policies, having confronted the issues first-hand while attempting to enter the housing market.
VJ graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and is employed by Cambridge University Press. In his spare time, VJ has coached tennis to primary school students and is an ardent fan and proponent of mixed martial arts (so we’ll choose our arguments wisely). Being a Melbournian, VJ is also an AFL nut.
When you meet VJ, you’ll be impressed by his intelligence and charm, as well as his enthusiasm and commitment to positive change. A vote for VJ will be good for the people of Macnamara and good for Australia.
